Job Description
We are looking for a Banking domain Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insights. The role involves advanced Excel & SQL analysis, Tableau, performance tracking, forecasting & budget tracking, and solid stakeholder management across multiple teams.

nKey Responsibilities

Build and manage dashboards & reports using Tableau (preferred) or other BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).n
SQL skills for data extraction and validation.n
Exposure to automation (Excel macros/VBA, Python) for reporting efficiency.n
Perform deep-dive analysis in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling).n
Track and report business performance KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple reports.n
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance tracking (actual vs plan, trend analysis, risks/prospects).n
Translate data into storytelling narratives: crisp executive summaries, insights, recommendations, and next actions.n
Handle large datasets (multiple sources,
high-volume tables), validate data quality, and troubleshoot inconsistencies.n
Partner with stakeholders across functions (Business, Ops, Product, Marketing, Finance, Tech) to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.n
Maintain reporting documentation: metric definitions, dashboard logic, refresh cycles, and governance standards.n

Banking domain experience is mandatory (retail banking / cards / lending / wealth / digital banking / risk / operations).n
Advanced Excel expertise (Power Query/Power Pivot, pivots, lookups, indexing, nested formulas; automation is a plus).n
Robust hands-on experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools (Power BI/Looker/Qlik).n
Proven ability in data analysis + insight storytelling (not just reporting—recommendations matter).n
Experience with performance tracking and forecasting/budget tracking (v
