Position : Store Manager Location : Gandhinagar, Gujarat Salary : 10,000 – 12,000 We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Store Manager to manage the inventory and day-to-day stock movement of medicines, raw materials, and packaging materials across different stores.

Key Responsibilities • Maintain and monitor stock of medicines, raw materials, and packaging materials in different stores.

- Handle inward and outward stock movement and ensure accurate stock records.
- Physically check, count, and measure packages and materials received or issued.
- Maintain individual stock cards manually and keep inventory records up to date.
- Coordinate with the production team for production planning and ensure the required materials are available on time.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages, excess stock, or replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper organization, identification, and storage of materials.
- Follow proper procedures for receiving, issuing, and maintaining inventory.




- Be comfortable working physically in the store and actively participating in daily store operations.

Requirements • Ability to read and identify English names of products and materials.

- Basic counting and mathematical skills required for stock management.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, disciplined, and organized approach to work.
- Willingness to perform a hands-on store role, not an administrative or desk-only position.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, manufacturing, or warehouse store will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be physically active, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling stock manually. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate effectively with production and other departments.
