Job Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the play area. Manage and guide the team members during shifts. Ensure excellent customer service and handle parent/guest queries professionally.

Monitor children’s safety, hygiene, and overall experience. Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and staff discipline. Coordinate with the Centre Manager for daily operational requirements. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and company SOPs are followed. Assist with birthday parties, events, and other centre activities. Maintain basic operational reports and records.

Key Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Robust team-handling and leadership abilities. Customer-service oriented and presentable. Responsible, energetic, and child-friendly personality. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
