Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye tests and vision screenings.
- Assess and diagnose vision problems and related eye conditions.
- Prescribe appropriate corrective lenses, including spectacles and contact lenses.
- Provide skilled consultation on eye care, vision correction, and optical products.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and medical history.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on their requirements.
- Explain lens options, features, and care instructions to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with optical products and services.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care.
- Ensure the examination area and workspace are clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in optometry, eye care, and optical technology.
- Adhere to professional, safety, and store operating standards.
