To efficiently manage the receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and inventory control of Raw Materials and Packing Materials in accordance with approved SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and company policies.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Receipt & Verification

- Receive Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM) from approved vendors.
- Verify materials against Purchase Order, Delivery Challan, Invoice and approved specifications.
- Check material name, batch/lot number, quantity, packaging condition and expiry/retest date.
- Ensure proper identification and status labeling of received materials.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and testing of materials.
- Maintain appropriate Quarantine, Approved and Rejected storage areas.

B. Storage & Material Management

- Ensure proper storage of RM and PM as per defined storage conditions.
- Maintain proper segregation of materials based on status and category.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper stacking, identification and traceability of materials.




- Monitor storage conditions such as temperature and humidity where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the store.

C. Dispensing / Issuance

- Dispense Raw Materials as per approved Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) / dispensing sheet.
- Issue Packing Materials as per approved Batch Packing Record (BPR) / requisition.
- Ensure correct material, batch number, quantity and unit of measurement before dispensing.
- Follow approved dispensing procedures and line-clearance requirements.
- Record actual dispensed quantities accurately.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of issued and balance quantities.
- Handle common/raw materials carefully when dispensing for different batches/products.

Qualification :- BSC/ Dpharm Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
