Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Oversee sales team performance, provide coaching and training to improve sales numbers and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze shrinkage rates and implement strategies to reduce losses through effective stock control systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for apparel retail stores.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or related industries (apparel, clothing, accessories).
- Solid knowledge of fashion trends, lifestyle products such as furniture & home decor.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving targets.
- Proven track record in controlling shrinkage rates through effective inventory management practices.
