Job Title: Store Manager – Automobile Company

Key Responsibilities

 Manage daily store activities including receiving, storing and issuing raw materials,

consumables, tools and finished goods.

 Handle OSP material movement and tracking & maintain proper records of material sent to vendors and received back after processing.

 Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/ SAP systems

 Ensure FIFO / FEFO implementation and stock rotation

 Ensure timely material availability to production lines

 Maintain GRN, Stock registers inward and outward records, material issue, returns,

and scrap processes

 Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification

 Manage store staff, shifts, and housekeeping

 Ensure safety, 5S, and compliance with company policies

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Supply Chain preferred)





 10-12 years of experience in Store Operations

 Experience in automobile or auto component manufacturing preferred

 Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

 Understanding of inventory control, BOM, and material planning

Skills & Competencies

 Strong organizational and inventory control skills

 Positive communication and coordination abilities

 Attention to detail and accuracy

 Team leadership and supervision skills

 Knowledge of safety and warehouse best practices

 Good understanding of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949)
