Job Title: Store Manager (Retail)

Department: Retail Operations

Reporting To: Area Manager / Regional Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring sales growth, excellent customer service, and efficient team management. The role focuses on achieving business targets, maintaining store standards, and driving overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance
- Ensure effective inventory management and minimize stock loss
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Prepare and analyze store reports (sales, inventory, staff performance)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)




- Execute in-store promotions and marketing activities

Compensation & Benefits:
