Our Worli showroom caters to discerning clients who demand discretion, exceptional service, and uncompromising quality. We are looking for a high-performing Store Manager to elevate our client experience, lead our daily operations, and drive growth in Mumbai.

Role Overview

As the Store Manager for our flagship Worli store , you will be the face of Brahaan in Mumbai. You will lead showroom operations, curate an exceptional high-end shopping atmosphere, and guide clients through their bespoke wardrobe journey.

This role requires a blend of refined customer management, operational precision, and team leadership—working seamlessly with our master tailors and design teams to deliver flawless garments.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Experience & Relationship Management: Lead by example on the floor, providing personalized styling consultation and building long-term, high-value client relationships. Handle VIP escalations with poise.
- Store Operations & Sales Drive: Manage day-to-day operations, drive store revenue targets, and track key performance metrics.




- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage showroom personnel, setting schedule shifts and maintaining high standards of luxury hospitality.
- Inventory & Loss Prevention: Oversee inventory intake, stock accuracy, POS transactions, and retail loss prevention practices to minimize shrinkage.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable showroom aesthetics, ensuring displays align with Brahaan’s high standards.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with our in-house master tailors, fitting team, and central production to ensure timely deliveries and perfect fits.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 4+ years in retail operations or store management, preferably within luxury retail, premium fashion, or custom tailoring/menswear .
- Clienteling Skills: Proven track record in high-touch, consultative selling and managing high-net-worth clientele.
- Operations & POS: Strong command over stock management, retail KPIs, basic sales reporting tools, and POS software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Fashion, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
