Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily sales activities and overall store performance.
- Achieve monthly and daily store sales targets.
- Attend customers personally and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their occasion, outfit, budget, and preferences.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into sales.
- Manage and motivate the store sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Train team members on products, customer handling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure customers receive a premium and personalised shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery inside the store.
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams regarding stock availability and new arrivals.
- Keep track of high-demand products and communicate stock requirements to management.
- Maintain customer records and encourage repeat purchases.
- Promote new arrivals, collections, offers, and ongoing campaigns to customers.
- Monitor daily sales reports, conversions, average order value, and team performance.
- Ensure proper billing, order processing, and store closing procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.
- Support walk-in customers as well as customers coming through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and other enquiries.





Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, luxury, ethnic wear, cosmetics, or premium retail.
- Previous experience managing a sales team or retail store is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident in selling premium/high-value products.
- Strong negotiation, upselling, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of customer preferences and styling.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic computer systems, billing software, and Excel.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
- Skilled appearance and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work on weekends and during festive/high-sales periods.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in jewellery retail will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in bridal, wedding, luxury fashion, or designer retail are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Kundan, Polki, Moissanite, Victorian, Temple and other jewellery styles will be an advantage.
