Role & Responsibilities:

The Store Manager will have end-to-end ownership of the outlet's operations, sales, team, inventory, cash, customer experience, quality and compliance,

ensuring smooth and consistent store performance.

1. Manage opening, daily operations and closing, ensuring store readiness, cleanliness,

presentation and smooth day-to-day functioning.
1. Own sales, AOV and overall store performance, monitor key metrics and drive sales and

profitability.
1. Ensure consistent product quality, portioning, presentation, preparation, service and

customer experience, including handling complaints and service recovery.
1. Manage inventory end-to-end, including receiving, storage, FIFO, stock counts,

replenishment, stock-outs, reconciliation and control of wastage, expiry and variances.
1. Manage POS, cash, digital payments, discounts, refunds, petty cash and daily

reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial controls.
1. Lead and manage Store Associates, including staffing, shifts, attendance, grooming,

hygiene, productivity, discipline and SOP adherence.
1. Manage online/aggregator orders, where applicable, ensuring accurate, timely

preparation and fulfilment.
1. Monitor freezers, refrigeration, POS and other equipment, maintain required logs and

coordinate timely maintenance or repairs.
1. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, statutory, mall and internal SOP

requirements, including all required records and documentation.

Coordinate with mall management, security, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors and

service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
1. Ensure adequate availability of packaging, consumables and operational supplies and

manage timely replenishment.
1. Handle first-level operational, safety and emergency issues, taking appropriate action

and escalating where required.
1. Maintain daily/weekly MIS covering sales, inventory, wastage, cash, staffing, customer

feedback and operational issues.
1. Execute new products, promotions, pricing, processes and management initiatives

accurately across the store.

Requirements

1. 4+ years' experience in store management, retail, QSR, F&B;, hospitality or a similar

customer-facing environment.
1. Any Graduate, MBA, Hotel Management
2. Experience managing a small team preferred.
3. Strong operational, people-management and problem-solving skills.
4. Comfortable with POS, cash handling, inventory and Excel/Google Sheets.
5. Strong ownership, attention to detail and customer orientation.
6. Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
7. Presentable, reliable and comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
8. Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
