Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy, and implement effective stock control systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in retail or related field (preferably in a similar role).
- Strong understanding of showroom management principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets.
