Nirvana Grand Hotel & Resort is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the hotel's day-to-day stores, inventory and local purchasing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain proper stock registers/logbooks for all items received, issued and available in the hotel store.
- Receive goods from vendors, check quantity and quality, and verify items against bills or purchase orders.
- Issue materials to Housekeeping, Kitchen, F&B;, Maintenance, Front Office and other departments against proper requisition.
- Purchase required items from the local market for hotel operations, including food ingredients, housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, stationery and other articles.
- Compare prices and purchase items at reasonable market rates while maintaining required quality.
- Maintain bills, purchase records, vendor details and supporting documents for Accounts.
- Regularly check physical stock and ensure that it matches the stock register.
- Keep track of minimum stock levels and inform management before essential items run out.
- Monitor expiry dates and condition of food ingredients and other perishable/limited-life items.
- Keep the store clean, properly arranged, labelled and secure.
- Prevent unnecessary wastage, over-purchasing,



pilferage and unauthorized issue of materials.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding their daily and upcoming requirements.
- Assist management with periodic physical stock verification and inventory reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Purchase Assistant or Inventory Assistant, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality business.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Comfortable maintaining registers as well as basic Excel/computer records.
- Must be able to travel to the local market for hotel purchases.
- Valuable understanding of local vendors and markets in Bodh Gaya/Gaya will be preferred.
- Honest, responsible and careful with cash, purchases and hotel inventory.
- Ability to check prices, negotiate with vendors and maintain proper bills and records.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Education: 10+2 or Graduate

Job Type: Full-time The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, disciplined and cost-conscious, with the ability to ensure that hotel departments receive the materials they need on time while maintaining accurate control over purchases and inventory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
