Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman, responsible for managing daily store and inventory operations within the manufacturing facility. This role includes receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming materials; maintaining accurate stock records; and issuing materials to production as per approved requests.

Executive will monitor stock levels, support purchase and replenishment planning, and ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety compliance in the store area. The role also involves coordinating with production, procurement, and quality teams, preparing regular inventory reports,



and addressing internal queries related to stock availability and material movement.

Executive is expected to maintain orderly documentation, support cycle counts and audits, and provide professional and timely service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively support internal teams and address store-related queries.
- Practical knowledge of retail or store operations and sales support within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Background in commerce or related fields, with an understanding of inventory, billing, and basic store accounting practices.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Daman, manage physical stock handling, and follow safety and compliance procedures.
- Prior experience in a store, warehouse, or materials management role in manufacturing is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, logistics, or a related discipline.
