Job Summary

Foodsure is looking for a Store & Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, and day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in purchase and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Source materials from reliable vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
- Compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
- Verify received materials against POs, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, GRNs, invoices, and material movement.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Accounts and internal departments regarding purchase and payment-related matters.
- Handle material shortages, damages, replacements, and vendor-related issues.
- Prepare regular reports related to procurement, inventory, and pending orders.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Purchase, Store & Inventory Management.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management software is an advantage.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in Store, Purchase, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management.
