Nirvana Grand Hotel & Resort is looking for polite, energetic and service-oriented Stewards to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in our restaurant and through room service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests politely and assist them with seating in the restaurant.
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.
- Provide room service, including taking/delivering orders to guest rooms and collecting used trays and crockery.
- Set up and clear restaurant tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Be familiar with menu items and answer basic guest questions regarding dishes.
- Handle guest requests courteously and inform the supervisor about any complaints or special requirements.
- Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware and other service equipment are handled carefully.
- Assist during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and other hotel functions when required.
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Help create a welcoming and comfortable dining experience for every guest.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward / Waiter / F&B; Service Associate in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Polite and presentable with valuable communication skills.
- Basic Hindi required; basic English communication will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable interacting directly with hotel guests.
- Must be punctual, disciplined and willing to work in shifts.
- Should be comfortable with room service and carrying food/service trays.
Experience: Fresher to 2+ years Education: 10th / 12th pass or above
Work Location: Nirvana Grand Hotel & Resort, Bodh Gaya
We are looking for candidates with a guest-first attitude who can provide prompt, courteous and professional service in both the restaurant and guest rooms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
