- Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.

- Assist waiters and Captains during restaurant or banquet service.

- Serve food and beverages to guests according to the hotel's service standards.

- Clear and reset tables after guests finish their meals.

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service stations, and restaurant areas.

- Wash and handle crockery, cutlery, and glassware where this is part of the role.

- Carry food and service equipment between the kitchen, restaurant, banquet area, and service stations.

- Assist with mise-en-place before opening and throughout the service.

- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.

- Replenish service stations with plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc.

- Assist during banquets and events, including weddings, conferences, and parties.

- Follow hotel SOPs and safety procedures.

- Report damaged equipment, shortages, or guest issues to the Captain or supervisor.

- Support the team during opening and closing duties.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
