n About the Role
nWe are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a up-to-date, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform.
nYou will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators.

n Responsibilities

Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platformn
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsn
Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports, and admin panelsn
Build a consistent design system and reusable UI componentsn
Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive webn
Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiencesn




Collaborate closely with React developers during implementationn
Review implemented screens and maintain design consistencyn
