n Role Overview

Position: VP & Financial Controllern
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbain
Reporting To: CFO (Nithya Balasubramanian)n
Scope: Overseeing Accounts, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Audit, and Regulatory Compliance (SEBI/Listed Entity) for Indian parent and US subsidiary entities.n

n Key Responsibilities
n
n
Financial Controllership: Lead accounting, reporting, and financial control functions across Indian and global entities.n
Audit & Compliance:



Manage end-to-end audit processes and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, US GAAP, and SEBI regulations.n
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with management reporting packs and variance analysis.n
Strategic Partnering & M&A;: Provide financial expertise for M&A; due diligence, integrations, and business expansion.n
Process & Team Leadership: Modernize financial systems (Oracle), drive process automation, and mentor a high-performing controllership team.n

n Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).n
Experience: 15+ years of post-qualification experience in financial controllership, taxation, forex hedging, and transfer pricing.n
Industry Focus: Experience in a public listed company or large multi-national/services business managing cross-border
