nThe Role
nThe General Manager is at the centre of how Brine operates and how it feels.
nYou’ll own the day-to-day running of Brine, from service and operations to guest experience, team culture and standards. You’ll need to be equally comfortable looking at a P&L;, fixing an operational gap, dealing with a difficult guest and spending time with the team on the floor.
nThis is a role for someone who understands that positive hospitality starts with how you treat your own people.

Be present on the floor and understand what is happening across every part of the restaurantn
Handle difficult situations calmly and with good judgementn
Build relationships with regulars and make first-time guests want to come backn
Look for opportunities to go beyond what is expected when it mattersn

nOperations & Systems

Own the day-to-day running of the restaurant and barn
Build and maintain the systems and processes that keep service consistentn
Work across rosters, SOPs, checklists, inventory, cost controls and daily operationsn
Identify where things are relying on memory or individual effort and build better systems around themn
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to make sure the entire experience works as onen
Keep the restaurant audit-ready and maintain high standards across hygiene, safety and compliancen
