Role: Senior Manager / Associate Director – Business Development – Supply Chain Finance
n Location: Gurgaon
n Experience: 2 yrs+ in Enterprise Sales for Manager and 5+years for AD (Experience in Supply Chain Finance)

n Key Responsibilities:

Anchor Acquisition & Engagement: Drive onboarding of recent anchors for Vendor/Dealer Finance propositions, ensuring optimal limit utilization; solid hunting experience is essential.n
Pipeline Development: Build a strong pipeline of brand anchors by identifying key markets and industries.n
Stakeholder Management: Engage and network with CXOs and key decision-makers of brand anchors to drive partnerships.n
Industry Engagement:



Participate in industry forums and networking events to enhance visibility and brand positioning for Indifi.n
Digital & Product Initiatives: Implement and drive digital innovations in Supply Chain Finance, including recent product development.n
Program Scaling & Risk Management: Maintain regular engagement with anchors to identify potential red flags, strengthen relationships, and scale the program.n
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to drive execution and optimize business processes.n
