Monitor team performance, set goals, and ensure consistent achievement of market development targets.
Influencer Engagement:
Spearhead engagement activities such as promotional meets, naka meets, and van campaigns.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key influencers to promote product adoption.




Activity Effectiveness Analysis:
Analyze the impact and effectiveness of influencer and promotional activities.
Recommend and execute next steps to improve engagement outcomes and generate business growth.
Retention and Growth of Masons/Contractors:
Drive retention and growth of masons and contractors through loyalty programs and engagement initiatives.
Achieve targets related to mason and contractor schemes.
Re-engage inactive or zero-point users by encouraging product scanning and participation.
Site Leads Management:
Manage site leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of site demands for MYK Laticrete products.
Relationship Building:
Develop robust relationships with architects, large masons, contractors, and interior designers.
Support the team in securing product approvals and site conversions.
Branding Management:
