Role:
nWe are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering robust connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

nKey Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goalsn
Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomesn
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissionsn
Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targetsn




Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admissionn
Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentationn
Build and maintain robust relationships with potential learnersn
Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plansn
Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirementsn

nEducation & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any streamn
Excellent active listening and communication skilln
Excellent interpersonal and mediation skilln
