Key Responsibilities
- Drive state-level Affordable LAP business and achieve targets.
- Lead and manage the DST sales team across the state.
- Drive business through open market, DSA, connectors & DST channels.
- Develop new markets and strengthen sourcing channels.
- Monitor team productivity, portfolio quality & business growth.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
- Robust Affordable LAP & DST vertical experience.
- Proven team handling & state-level business exposure.
- Strong open market and channel management experience.
- Good knowledge of Lucknow / UP market.
- Local candidates preferred.
