About Kefilo

Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, fitness and lifestyle redesign.

We are building beyond a traditional food-delivery model, with personalised nutrition, healthy food products, 90-day transformation programs, technology-enabled customer engagement and scalable food production infrastructure.

We are currently in the early-stage product development and growth phase and are looking for an experienced Start-up Advisor who can provide strategic guidance, industry expertise, networks and practical support to help Kefilo build and scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic guidance on Kefilo's business model, product direction, positioning and long-term growth.
- Advise the founding team on go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, revenue models and market expansion.
- Help identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporates, colleges, gyms, hospitals, communities, institutions and other relevant organisations.
- Leverage professional and industry networks to facilitate meaningful introductions, partnerships and business opportunities.
- Guide Kefilo on scaling operations, food production, supply chain, technology and organisational systems where relevant to your expertise.
- Advise on product-market fit, pricing, customer segments, competitive positioning and business diversification.
- Support fundraising strategy, investor readiness, business planning and strategic positioning.
- Identify potential risks, market opportunities and critical priorities for Kefilo at different stages of growth.
- Mentor the founding team on important business and strategic decisions.
- Help identify experienced professionals, vendors,



technology partners and other resources required for scaling the business.
- Provide practical, execution-oriented feedback on major initiatives rather than only high-level strategic advice.
- Support Kefilo in building a scalable and sustainable business model and becoming a leading transformation-focused nutrition and wellness brand.

Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of professional, entrepreneurial or industry experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in one or more areas such as food, nutrition, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, manufacturing, technology, business strategy, sales, marketing, operations, finance or startup scaling.
- Strong professional and industry network.
- Experience building, scaling, advising or leading businesses is highly preferred.
- Ability to provide practical and execution-oriented guidance.
- Strong understanding of business growth, partnerships and market expansion.
- Willingness to actively contribute to Kefilo rather than provide only occasional advice.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a long-term relationship with an early-stage company.

Compensation This is an equity-based opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage. Equity will be discussed and structured based on your experience, expertise, network, level of involvement, contribution and long-term commitment, subject to a formal agreement.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who is interested in building with Kefilo and taking long-term ownership, rather than someone looking for a conventional paid advisory position.
