Staff Product Manager - India Product Development Team

About the Opportunity

Join as a founding Product Manager on a brand-new India Product Development Team for a fast-scaling, AI-driven global marketplace platform. You'll own a core international product area (buyer experience, partner experience, pricing, quality, or sourcing) with genuine end-to-end responsibility - working alongside US-based stakeholders, not just supporting them.

This is an individual-contributor role built for someone who wants to stay close to the product. It is not a people-manager or director-track position - it's for builders who want high ownership and high agency.

What You'll Do

- Own the strategic product vision and roadmap for your domain, tightly aligned with company-wide growth goals
- Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable product plans
- Run market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback loops to inform every roadmap decision
- Represent your domain with confidence to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Help set the product practices, rollout strategies, and governance standards for a brand-new team
- Drive execution on complex initiatives across multiple teams, from ideation to post-launch iteration
- Define and monitor KPIs to track impact and continuously refine the product
- Identify AI-driven opportunities to improve product features and automate processes




- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Content to deliver scalable outcomes
- Help build a new product organisation from the ground up - practices, trust, and culture included

What You Bring

- 8+ years of progressive product management experience, ideally including strategic or principal-level scope
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex B2B, enterprise, or marketplace products
- Real, hands-on fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day product work
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - you can build and defend a business case
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders alike
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus

Nice to Have

- Background in B2B or e-commerce marketplaces, especially with supply chain or logistics complexity
- Experience with pricing, growth, or margin analytics
- Applied experience with AI/ML or experimentation frameworks in a product context
