Role & responsibilities

- Own and evolve full-stack application architecture using .NET and Angular/React.

- Design scalable, resilient, testable and observable systems.

- Drive AI-first engineering practices and adoption of AI development tools.

- Design microservices, event-driven and distributed systems.

- Lead Quality Engineering strategy, automation, performance testing and CI/CD quality gates.

- Establish coding standards, design patterns and architecture best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and business stakeholders on technical solutions.

- Drive architecture reviews and cross-team technical alignment.

- Mentor and coach engineers on architecture, quality, AI tools and full-stack excellence.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI/ML tools to improve engineering productivity and product quality.

- Maintain architecture documentation, ADRs, runbooks and quality playbooks.

- Champion continuous improvement, postmortems and reduction of technical/quality debt.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech only

- Experience:



1015+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in Staff/Technical Leadership

- Strong expertise in .NET/C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and Angular/React with TypeScript

- Expertise in application architecture, microservices, distributed systems & event-driven design

- Strong experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, API design & system integration

- Hands-on expertise in SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design & performance tuning

- Strong Quality Engineering background: automation, unit/integration/E2E, contract & performance testing

- Experience embedding quality gates, security scans & automated testing into CI/CD

- Hands-on with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

- Robust Git, code review, architecture documentation & design experience

- Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead cross-functional teams and drive engineering excellence

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
