About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to supervise and monitor civil and finishing works at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all civil and finishing works at the project site.
- Ensure execution is strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
- Read and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting, false ceiling, doors/windows, façade and other finishing works.
- Check site measurements, levels, alignment, dimensions and workmanship.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Monitor contractor manpower, materials and resource deployment.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), measurement sheets,



site records and work status reports.
- Track project progress against the approved schedule and proactively highlight delays, risks and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with contractors for timely mobilisation of manpower and materials.
- Verify work quantities and support the checking of contractor bills against actual site measurements.
- Identify defects, snags and pending works and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and rectification before handover.
- Ensure strict compliance with site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Candidate Profile10–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Solid knowledge of civil, structural and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong site supervision, quality control and contractor coordination skills.
- Good communication, documentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver work within defined timelines.
