Job Title: Sr. STEM Engineer/Sr.Robotics trainer

Location: Shirpur,Mumbai

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. STEM Engineer to join our team and lead STEM education initiatives across partner schools in Mumbai & Shirpur Region.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and inspire students in partner schools through interactive STEM and robotics sessions.

•Guide and support STEM Engineers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.

•Oversee the planning and execution of STEM programs and hands-on activities.

•Monitor classroom performance and ensure achievement of learning objectives.

•Coordinate with school authorities and internal teams fo r smooth operations.

•Train, motivate, and evaluate STEM Engineers to maintain teaching excellence.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Education, or a related field.
- Those people who can join immediately.
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in STEM education, robotics, teaching, or team leadership.
- Solid communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Passion for educating and inspiring young minds.
