NAbout the Role
nThe Senior Compliance Manager - IBU will primarily focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance at GIFT City IBU. This role supports the Compliance and Principal Officer (CO & PO) of IBU in ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and managing AML/KYC compliance risks.

Monitor and investigate AML transaction alerts, identify suspicious activities, and coordinate timely disposition with stakeholders. N
Prepare, validate, and support regulatory submissions including STR, CTR, and other AML/CFT reporting requirements. N
Manage Customer Risk Rating (CRR) processes, including customer risk assessments, risk categorization and trigger-based reviews. N
Ensure compliance with KYC, CDD, EDD, and periodic Re-KYC requirements in line with IFSCA regulations and internal policies. N
Perform periodic AML/CFT compliance reviews and monitor adherence to regulatory and internal control frameworks. N
Support enhancement of AML systems,



transaction monitoring scenarios, thresholds, and risk-based controls to strengthen financial crime risk management. N
Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders during inspections, audits, and remediation of compliance observations. N
Partner with Business, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Product teams to provide AML/KYC compliance advisory and support. N
Track regulatory developments, update AML/KYC policies and procedures, and promote compliance awareness through training initiatives. N
