Store Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge with 7–10 years of experience in store management, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, documentation, team handling, and coordination with purchase, production, sales, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations.

Handle material inward, outward, receiving, inspection, and proper storage.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.

Identify and control stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and wastage.

Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and systematic storage of materials.

Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, transfer records, and other store documents.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and other departments.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.

Supervise store staff and allocate daily work effectively.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock.

Ensure proper housekeeping,



safety, and security of the store.

Support internal and external stock audits and ensure proper documentation.

Implement effective inventory control procedures to improve store efficiency.

Requirements

7–10 years of relevant experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory Management.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and material management.

Experience in handling store staff and supervising daily operations.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage stock accurately and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
