- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule junior stewards and kitchen support staff.
- Sanitation Management: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across dishwashing and food prep areas.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and station essentials.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect heavy machinery like industrial dishwashers and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Operational Support: Coordinate deep-cleaning schedules, handle event setups, and assist kitchen or wait staff during peak service hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
