Senior Service Engineer – HVAC

Join our growing HVAC service team and take ownership of both service operations and business growth.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer – HVAC who can lead technicians, work closely with our Service Coordinator, develop a strong service network and actively contribute to increasing service & AMC revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations and technician activities.
- Handle troubleshooting, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and critical service calls.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator for efficient job scheduling and execution.
- Guide, train and monitor the technician team.
- Develop a reliable network of HVAC technicians and service partners.
- Build relationships with customers, facility managers and contractors.
- Identify and develop AMC, maintenance and service opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations and support revenue conversion.
- Maintain service reports, customer records and performance tracking.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC/MEP-related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HVAC service experience preferred.




- Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF, Split AC, AHU/FCU, Package Units and HVAC controls.
- Solid troubleshooting and team-management skills.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify new service opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
