We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Executives & Telecallers.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Understand customers' property requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Explain property details, pricing, locations, and available offers to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Convert leads into successful property transactions.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth customer handling.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, telecalling, sales, insurance, banking, or customer service & Fresher will be preferred.
