Requirements

- 6+ years of RPA development experience (3+ with UiPath), including designing and deploying complex automation workflows.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred).
- Integration skills: REST/SOAP APIs, database management (SQL), and handling structured/unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI/RPA workload deployment.
- Experience with UiPath Apps, Action Centre, and AI Centre for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Exposure to agentic process automation, multi-agent orchestration, and hybrid automation architectures.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Build and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath s platform features (REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues).
- Develop and integrate Agentic AI components (autonomous agents,



LLM-based orchestration, RAG, ReAct-style agents) into end-to-end automation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Process Owners) to identify, analyse, and automate complex business processes, blending structured RPA with context-driven AI capabilities.
- Implement document understanding, NLP models, and AI-driven classification and recommendations for workflow intelligence.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute reusable components, libraries, and best practices.
- Ensure automation meets enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and auditability.
