The Role:
We're looking for someone to join our Investor Relations function and work
closely with our founders, finance team, and investors. You'll help manage




investor communication and engagement, prepare high-quality investor and board
materials, support fundraising processes, and ensure our investors have a clear
and consistent view of Emergent's business and growth. This is a highly
collaborative role that requires solid communication, financial understanding,
attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with senior leadership.
You'll be involved across the investor lifecycle, from preparing investor
updates and coordinating meetings to supporting fundraising, diligence, and
ongoing investor engagement.

What You'll Do:

* Manage communication and engagement with existing and prospective investors

investor-facing materials
