The Trainer - Tally & GST will be responsible for delivering effective training on Tally (with GST

compliance) to students/beneficiaries, ensuring practical understanding, skill development, and

employability readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime) with GST, including

accounting fundamentals.
Train participants on GST concepts such as registration, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), invoicing,

compliance, and reconciliation.
Conduct hands-on sessions on bookkeeping, ledger creation, vouchers, taxation, payroll

basics, and reports in Tally.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical assignments, and continuous

assessments.




Maintain training records, attendance, progress reports, and feedback.
Support trainees with doubt-clearing sessions and practical case studies.
Align training delivery with industry standards and course curriculum.
Coordinate with the Centre In-Charge for schedules, assessments, and reporting.
Support placement readiness activities such as interview preparation and basic workplace

skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
