Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location:Trivandrum
Experience: 2 years (Preferred in interior fit-outs/modular furniture industry)
Education: ITI, Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day in office activities for modular furniture and interior fit-out projects.
Interpret and execute work based on 2D design drawings and project specifications given by the Company.
Coordinate with the project coordinator and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools at the site.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain site reports, including progress updates and any on-site issues.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors as required.
Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed at the site.
Travel to various project sites across Kerala as per the company’s requirements.

Requirements:




Minimum of 2-years’ experience in a site supervision role, preferably in modular furniture or interior fit-out projects.
Strong ability to read and understand 2D technical drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
