Executive assistance:
Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
Prepare reports, presentation and MOM as required
Coordinate travel plans and logistics for MD
Support in drafting business letters, memos and other official communication

Purchase Coordination - Raw Material Procurement
Assist the MD in end-to-end procurement of raw materials used in production
Track market trends and availability of raw materials
Follow up on purchase orders delivery timelines and inventory status in coordination with stores
Prepare purchase related MIS reports
Liaise with cross functional team for timely information flow, approvals and documentation.
Coordinate daily operations with different departments
Maintain Vendor master records and purchase logs
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
Assist in follow up for compliance, quality check and payment coordination

HR coordination support:
Assist in onboarding recent employees, documentation,



induction and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, leave data and attendance
Support the HR team in scheduling interviews and meetings

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
