Grade: Manager equivalent

Subject Qualification Age /Experience Functional skills

*B.SC/M.Sc/Phd - Mathematics with B.ED - Math SME

*BA/MA/Phd - History/Geography with B.Ed - Social Science SME

Key responsibilities:
Collaborate and engage with school teams to ensure effective implementation of curriculum
Monitor teachers’ and students’ performance and provide support in performance growth
Ensure career development of teachers through various teacher training activities
Support schools for various activities

Screening criteria:
Minimum 60% in X & XII Board examinations
Minimum 50% in UG/PG
Should have studied in regular stream up to UG.
Show stability in growth opportunities with less frequent job changes.




Can assure us a reasonable period of service longevity.
Must be willing to travel to schools which are spread across 8 districts of Tamil Nadu to conduct workshops and trainings
Must have very good English communication.
