Urgent Hiring: Construction Supervisor - Full-Time

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee onsite operations at our ongoing residential projects in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure the project progresses as per approved plans and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, structural designs, and specifications.
Monitor workmanship, quality of materials, and finishing standards.
Maintain daily site reports.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements at the site.




Verify measurements and assist in contractor billing/checking work progress.

Key Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification (preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in supervising residential/commercial building projects.
Solid knowledge of civil construction, finishing work, and quality standards.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Hands-on experience in labour management and site coordination.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety practices and statutory compliances.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
