Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Deliver products to retail stores, distributors, and clients as per daily schedules.
Collect payments, invoices, or returns as required.
Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and collections.
Act as a point of contact with customers to resolve queries and provide product information.
Support sales by maintaining product visibility, taking repeat orders, and building customer relationships.
Handle products carefully to prevent damages and ensure customer satisfaction.
Report daily delivery and collection status to the operations team.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
Proven experience in delivery,
logistics, or sales support preferred.
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license (and own vehicle preferred).
Basic knowledge of using smartphones/apps for delivery tracking.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
