Perform reconciliation activities focused on breaks identification and follow‑up across assigned accounts and products.
Assign breaks to the relevant internal / external teams for detailed investigation in line with the defined operating model and workflow tools.
Track, monitor, and follow up on open breaks to ensure resolution within agreed SLAs, highlighting any potential SLA breaches in advance.
Escalate to the client team where breaks cannot be explained, are complex in nature, or are aging without a transparent resolution path, providing supporting details and impact assessment.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all breaks, actions taken, ownership, and status, in the designated reconciliation / case management systems.
Prepare and deliver regular KPI and MI reports (e.g., open breaks, aging, root‑cause trends, SLA adherence) to keep the GIC team apprised of reconciliation health.
