We are looking for a responsible and passionate Academic Associate to conduct one-to-one home tuition sessions at assigned student locations within Bhopal.

Key responsibilities:
Conduct personalized one-to-one teaching sessions at students’ homes
Prepare simplified, structured, and engaging lesson plans
Conduct regular assessments and track academic progress
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and consistent communication with parents
Ensure measurable improvement in students' performance

Skills & Requirements:
Prior teaching experience preferred (experience in home tuition or one-to-one teaching is an added advantage)
Positive communication and explanation skills
Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with the academic team
Responsible, punctual, and committed to student improvement
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented startup environment
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet academic deadlines without compromising quality
