Position Overview

The Accounts Assistant will support the finance and procurement accounting functions of the company. This role requires solid attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multi-project financial records, including domestic and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities1️ Financial Record Management
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books or other ERP systems
Record purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and payment entries
Maintain vendor and client ledgers




Perform bank reconciliations regularly

2️ Procurement & Tender Accounting Support
Track project-wise costing and margin calculations
Maintain cost sheets for tenders (UNOPS, Government, Institutional)
Monitor advance payments, LC payments, and milestone-based billing
Maintain documentation required for audits and compliance

3️ Taxation & Compliance
Assist in GST filings and reconciliation
Maintain TDS records and compliance
Coordinate with CA for statutory filings
Ensure invoice compliance (HSN codes, tax structures, etc.)

4️ Payroll & Attendance Management
Maintain attendance records
Process salary calculations (including daily wage deductions based on attendance)
Maintain employee expense reimbursements

5️ Vendor & Client Coordination
Follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile supplier statements
Maintain payment schedules
Support in preparing Proforma Invoices, Quotations, and Payment Requ
