Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and professionals interested in digital marketing courses
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversions
Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an academic counsellor or in education sales
Good understanding of digital marketing topics (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Presentable personality with a skilled approach
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
