About the Role:
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented Intern for the People Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to people operations, hiring support, and process building in a energetic setting where adaptability and impact matter.
Support day-to-day People operations including onboarding, Letter generation,



employee data management & Separation
Help design, document, and maintain simple People processes that balance people needs with business outcomes, manage & implement the company’s policies
Track and organise hiring data, pipelines, and dashboards using Google Sheets
Work closely with the People Operations leads to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and execute solutions
Support the end-to-end pre-onboarding and offboarding process.
Maintain accurate people records and data, including personnel files, and HRIS updates.
Assist in the development and implementation of people policies, procedures and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Support in internal communications and maintaining compliance.

Education and Desired Qualifications:
Fresher or final-year student from any discipline
