Job Description: Marketing Analyst (Netcore Specialist)Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst with deep expertise in Netcore Cloud to own, optimize, and scale our customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and automation, and will directly impact user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Netcore Platform Ownership
End-to-end management of Netcore (CE / Smartech) platform
Design and deploy customer journeys, drip campaigns, and lifecycle flows:
Implement event tracking, user segmentation, and personalization logic
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute campaigns across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation funnels:
Own campaign calendar aligned with business goals (rides, bookings, app installs, etc.)
Optimize messaging, timing, and channels for maximum conversion
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze campaign performance:CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, retention cohorts:




Build dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness
Generate actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce churn
Segmentation & Personalization
Create behavioral and transactional user segments:
Implement agile content and personalization strategies:
Drive hyper-targeted campaigns based on user lifecycle stage
A/B Testing & Optimization
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns
Continuously optimize creatives, copy, and funnels
Improve conversion rates through data-backed experimentation
Martech & Integrations
Work closely with tech teams to ensure SDK/event integration with apps/web:
Validate event flows, user attributes, and campaign triggers
Integrate Netcore with CRM, payment systems, and internal tools
