Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy
Identify growth opportunities in SaaS, enterprise software, and global markets
Drive innovation and competitive positioning

Business Growth & Revenue
Scale the business to achieve aggressive revenue targets
Develop partnerships, alliances, and investor relationships
Expand into recent markets (India & international)

Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across development, sales, marketing,



and support
Ensure efficient processes and high productivity
Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and profitability

Product & Technology Oversight
Guide product strategy and roadmap for SaaS platforms
Ensure continuous innovation and feature enhancement
Align technology with business goals

Team Leadership
Build and lead a robust leadership team (CTO, COO, Sales Head, etc.)
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance
Drive employee engagement and talent development

Financial Management
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure strong cash flow and cost optimization
Lead fundraising and investor relations (if applicable)

Key Requirements:Experience
10+ years in software development / SaaS industry
Proven experience in leadership roles (CEO / COO / Business Head)
Track record of scaling a technology business
