Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the shoe upper stitching and assembly team.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Train and guide workers on correct stitching techniques, material handling, and machine usage.
Monitor production output and address any delays or quality issues.
Inspect materials and finished uppers to ensure they meet specifications.
Collaborate with quality control, cutting, and bottoming departments for seamless production flow.
Maintain machine and equipment functionality with routine checks and maintenance coordination.
Prepare daily production and efficiency reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in shoe upper production or footwear manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, shoe upper materials, and machinery.




Ability to read and interpret design patterns/specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in footwear manufacturing is a plus.
